UNESCO Bangkok and Korean Women’s Development Institute - 2013. This UNESCO report, prepared in collaboration with the Korean Women’s Development Institute (KWDI) as part of a research project, investigates the role of sociocultural factors, labour market trends and education policies in the career perspectives and choices of young people in the region. It reports on the research findings from Cambodia, Indonesia, Mongolia, Nepal and Viet Nam and makes policy recommendations on improve gender equality in employment and education.
