ILO, through the ILO/Korea Partnership Programme, and in collaboration with Lao PDR's Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, organizes the benchmarking exercise of national competency and skills standards, assessment, and certification mechanisms in the 'bricklaying / masonry / plastering' skills area. This exercise attends to the MRS pilot implementation in ASEAN.
