Inter-Agency Working Group (IWG) on Greening Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Skills Development - 2013. This policy paper outlines policy recommendations on meeting skills needs for green jobs, building on challenges and lessons learned from the IWG members' initiatives for greening TVET and skills development. The recommendations were developed for the G20 governments on anticipating and matching labour market and skills needs towards sustainable development and green growth.
